While doing research for another campaign for Poached(the number one job search website for folks in the restaurant, bar and hospitality industry), our strategists found that millennial job seekers felt insecure about applying for work online. They worried no-one ever looked at their resumé. So our team took one from the crew at Dominos and recommended to Poached that they include a resumé tracking feature on their website. Our team created a digital campaign to generate a buzz around this feature.
